Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are a binding contract between yourself and The Social Connection. Agreement of these terms is equivalent to a digital signature on a contract. Cancellation of an order is not permitted after the order is not permitted after the order is processed.  If the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund minus the convenience charge which is never refundable. If you encounter any issues at the event, contact the on-site customer service representative for support.  For any feedback or grievances, purchaser must contact event producers at SpecialEvents@TheSocialConnection.com within 5 business days following the originally scheduled date via a trouble ticket inquiry at in order to request a refund and failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Not all refund requests will be honored.

Exchanges & Refunds
All tickets sales are final. Purchasers may not exchange tickets purchased for another event listed on producer's website without written consent. Regardless of situations such as inclement weather, natural disasters, extended waits in line at the venue, family emergencies and medical emergencies, a refund will not be issued. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by a third party promoter that is not listed among deliverables included in the ticket description on the official event website, is not guaranteed by event producer and is not grounds for a refund.

Ticket Delivery & Willcall
Upon order completion a detailed receipt and electronic tickets will emailed to customer. Tickets may be presented upon entry at event (printed or via mobile device). Tickets may be picked on the day of the event with the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a state issued picture ID. All Willcall tickets must be picked up at the same time. Not being able to pick up your tickets from Willcall because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund.

Convenience Fees
In most situations, a Convenience fee is always added to the price of the ticket. We make every effort to keep this Convenience charge as low as possible.This fee covers the overhead charges involved in box office operations not limited to ticketing software fees, credit card fees, labor, Ticket Socket, phone fees and more. Sometimes the Convenience fees charged are directed to us such as a venue facility fees or parking fees, etc. Convenience fees are non-refundable and will be added to your order for each ticket and will appear as one charge on your credit card statement. Itemized charges and the order total is shown at checkout. By agreeing to these terms you signify that you have understood and agree to this Convenience fee. Thank you for supporting our independent business and understanding that this small fee helps to keep us in business.


SMS Texting Terms and Conditions
The Social Connection, Ultimate Fun Productions, Elive Entertainment & Detroit Social Events (Event Production Companies) offer subscription text message programs. Customers may ask to be enrolled in the text message alert program or you may be opted in with the purchase of a ticket to an Event Production Companies' event. Event Production Companies will enroll you in SMS texting services, and you will have an opportunity to confirm or decline the service via a reply to an initial text message you receive. By replying YES to this message received from 64600 you are confirming a subscription to this text message program. Message frequency varies.

Event Production Companies also offer one-time text messages. You will not be enrolled in any recurring text message program or text message "mailing list". Customers may text a keyword (HELP or MORE INFO) to 64600 and receive event details, prices or other event information.

Event Production Companies are committed to building user trust and confidence by promoting and complying with the use of business practices that help protect the privacy of the customer and their data. For more information you can view a copy of our privacy policy online.

Event Production Companies do not have a separate charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier, you may receive text messages sent to your mobile phone. Participation in the programs on this short code is standard rated (no premium content).

By providing your consent to participate in this program, you approve any such charges from your mobile carrier. Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance. Consumers and policyholders can text message the Event Production Companies' code of 64600 with a keyword to receive these services. Event Production Companies reserve the right to terminate this SMS service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. You are responsible for managing the types of SMS texts you receive. If you have any questions or need help, text HELP to 64600 or call 248-543-1000.

To stop receiving text messages, text STOP, STOP ALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE 64600. By enrolling in this subscription program, you consent that following such a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one (1) final message from Event Production Companies confirming that you have been inactivated in our system. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.

Event Production Companies may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you. The Federal Communications Commission defines an "automatic telephone dialing system" or autodialer as equipment that has the capacity to store or produce telephone numbers to be called and to call such numbers. 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200. By your subscription to either, or both, the one-time text message program or the subscription text message program, you give your consent to Event Production Companies to use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to the telephone or cell phone number to which you have directed Event Production Companies to transmit these text messages.

Return Policy

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
